Angela Thompson is the Founder and Executive Director of Angela’s Passionate Heart Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, strengthening families, and uplifting the community. Her passion for service is rooted in years of hands-on community involvement and a deep commitment to ensuring that children and families have access to the resources they need to thrive.

 

     In addition to leading the Foundation, Angela serves as a Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Crossing Guard, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children every day. Her work places her at the heart of the community and strengthens her understanding of the challenges families face.

 

     Angela’s leadership and dedication to service have earned her recognition as a Red Cross Community Impact Hero, an honor that reflects her long-standing commitment to giving back and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

   

     Through initiatives such as the Foundation’s Annual Toy Drive and year-round community outreach efforts, Angela continues to lead with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Her mission-driven leadership inspires volunteers, partners, and supporters to come together to create lasting impact for children and families.
